All prices displayed on our Website are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by Kenyan tax laws. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Website, including M-Pesa, credit cards, and debit cards. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide and that the information you provide is true and accurate.

For M-Pesa transactions, you agree to follow the payment instructions provided on our Website or sent to your mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient funds in your M-Pesa account to complete the transaction. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your mobile service provider or Safaricom in connection with your M-Pesa payment.

All payments are processed securely through our payment service providers. We do not store your complete payment card details on our systems. However, we may store some payment information in accordance with payment card industry data security standards to facilitate future transactions and for refund purposes.

Order Fulfillment and Delivery

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate email confirming acceptance and processing of your order.

Delivery times provided on our Website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic congestion, or public holidays. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.

For deliveries within Nairobi and surrounding areas, we use our own delivery service or trusted third-party courier services. For deliveries to other parts of Kenya, we use national courier services. Delivery fees vary based on location and will be displayed during the checkout process.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information. If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the order, our delivery personnel may leave a notice and attempt delivery again, or the package may be held at a local collection point for you to collect.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Certain items, including but not limited to intimate apparel, swimwear, and sale items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or as specified at the time of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@suetrendycollection.com or call 0717 740 097. We will provide instructions on how to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong product or a defective item).

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For M-Pesa transactions, refunds will be sent to the mobile number used for the original payment.

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Sue Trendy Collection, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Kenyan and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as follows:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The seat of arbitration shall be Nairobi, Kenya. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The number of arbitrators shall be one.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking interim or permanent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
